You can extract it without any problem using ZArchiver. As like normal files, it can be extracted through ZArchiver by clicking the file downloaded and clicking "Extract here".

I HAVE DOWNLOADED THIS GTA 5 HIGHLY COMPRESSED VERSION BUT IT'S NOT WORKING FOR ME. PLUS IT'S NOT THE FULL VERSION. HOWEVER, I GOT WORKING AND ACTIVATED VERSION OF IT FROM ANOTHER SOURCE.
